A Vehicle Service Agreement helps shield you from covered repair costs due to mechanical breakdown after your vehicle's warranty expires1. The purchase of a Vehicle Service Agreement voluntary protection product is optional, cancelable (subject to specific agreement terms) and not required to obtain credit.

  1. Time and Mileage coverage periods for New Vehicle Plans are measured from date vehicle was first put into service as a new vehicle and zero miles. Time and Mileage coverage periods for Used Vehicle Plans are measured from the Agreement Application Date and Mileage. Coverage expires upon reaching the maximum time or mileage of the coverage period selected, whichever occurs first. Deductible applies to each eligible repair visit. See your Agreement for complete terms, conditions and restrictions.
  2. In California, roadside service is provided if vehicle is inoperable due to the mechanical failure of a covered component. Delivery of up to three (3) gallons of fuel, no more than twice per calendar month. Excludes Fuel Cell and Electric vehicles, which may be towed to the nearest authorized servicing dealer or authorized fueling station; fuel delivery will not apply.
  3. Up to $50 per day for car rental or other substitute transportation, due to a covered mechanical failure. Valid receipts are required for all reimbursements. Maximum of five (5) days per occurrence. Subject to specific Vehicle Service Agreement (Agreement) terms. See your Agreement for complete terms, conditions, and restrictions. For roadside assistance, please call 1-800-297-0486.
  4. Up to $100 per day for lodging and meals if you’re more than 150 miles from home due to a covered mechanical failure. Valid receipts are required for all reimbursements Maximum of five (5) days over the life of your Agreement. Subject to specific Agreement terms. See your Agreement for complete terms, conditions, and restrictions.

Your current auto insurance may not be enough if your vehicle is declared a total loss. Often times, the primary auto insurance settlement is based on the market value of the vehicle, which could be less than the balance still owed on your finance or lease contract. Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) will waive or pay the deficiency balance (minus certain fees and charges) between the amount still due on your finance or lease contract, and your auto insurance settlement.1

The purchase of a Prepaid Maintenance voluntary protection product is optional, cancelable (subject to specific agreement terms) and not required to obtain credit. 

  1. Lockout Protection does not include the cost of key replacement. Emergency Fuel Delivery includes up to 3 gallons of gasoline twice per calendar month at no charge. Towing will be provided to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased/leased or to an alternate dealership if the customer chooses. Maximum towing distance is 400 miles. Customer is responsible for towing cost beyond that distance. Certain restrictions may apply.
  2. Additional services may be recommended by your servicing dealer. These additional services are not covered by your Prepaid Maintenance Plan Agreement and are your responsibility.

With Wayshield Tire & Wheel Protection, you can travel the roads knowing that your tires and wheels will be covered in the event of damage from eligible road hazards.1 With no limit to the number of covered claims, coverage for replaced tires continues during the term of the agreement as long as they meet your vehicle manufacturer's size specifications. We offer protection your way, designed with your needs in mind.

The purchase of this Tire & Wheel voluntary protection product is optional, cancelable (subject to specific agreement terms), and is not insurance. This Tire and Wheel Product is not required to obtain credit.

Replacement costs are estimates from Safe-Guard Products International, LLC, 2023 based on claims data from 2020-2022 and manufacturer’s suggested retail prices for a 2022 Camry.

The purchase of a Key Replacement voluntary protection product is optional, cancelable (subject to specific agreement terms) and not required to obtain credit. 

  1. Covers the replacement and/or reprogramming of the covered vehicle key/remote if lost or damaged, up to $800 per occurrence. Excludes replacement keys if two (2) master keys were not provided at time of vehicle lease/purchase, or if damaged keys are covered by the manufacturer’s, repairer’s or supplier’s warranty or recall; any replacement keys made without prior authorization; any costs associated with reprogramming the vehicle’s main body engine control unit; any aftermarket keys or remote devices; any replacement keys made without prior authorization. Please see your Key Replacement Agreement  for specific coverage details, including limitations and exclusions. Key Replacement Protection may not be available in all states. Please see your dealer for more information.
  2. Covers 24-hour vehicle lock-out assistance, up to $100 per occurrence. If the vehicle key/remote is lost, damaged, or stolen, towing assistance will be provided to the nearest registered service facility, up to $100 per occurrence.
  3. Covers taxi, rental vehicle or public transportation reimbursement up to $75 per occurrence.

Start by getting prior approval. Before having any covered repairs made,

you or your dealer must call us.

Please visit your selling dealer for service. Your dealer will submit the service claims on your behalf.

If your vehicle needs repairs and cannot be driven or operated outside our normal business hours, you may proceed with necessary repairs. You should know that all other terms and conditions of your Vehicle Service Agreement apply. It is your responsibility to file a claim on the next available business day for authorization.

We know having your vehicle totaled can be stressful. We're here to help. To submit your claim, simply call us at (800) 255-8713 and we will walk you through the process.
